Getting Started

BabyNa.me is a free baby name discovery tool with 29,000+ names. No account needed — just start browsing and saving names you love.

Step 1: Browse Names

Head to the Browse page to explore our full collection of baby names. You can:

Search — type any name, meaning, or origin in the search bar
Filter by gender — Girls, Boys, or Unisex
Filter by style — Trending, Unique, Nature, Strong, or Classic
Scroll — click "Show More" to load more names

Each name card shows the name, its origin, meaning, and gender. The cards are color-coded — pink tones for girls, blue for boys, green for unisex.

Step 2: Save Your Favorites

See a name you love? Tap the heart icon (🤍) on any card. It turns red (❤️) and the name gets added to your favorites list at the top of the page.

Tip: Your favorites are saved in your browser, so they'll still be there if you come back later. No account needed.

You can add as many favorites as you want. When you're ready to narrow it down, just tap the heart again to remove a name.

Step 3: Create Your List Image

This is the magic part. Once you have favorites saved:

Open the Favorites panel — click "Favorites" in the top right
Give your list a title — type something like "Our Top 10", "Help Us Pick!", or "Girl Name Finals"
Choose a style — pick from 6 beautiful designs:
- Classic — warm cream background, elegant and timeless
- Dark — deep navy with purple accents, modern and bold
- Blush — soft pink, perfect for girl name lists
- Ocean — cool blue tones, calm and sophisticated
- Sage — earthy green, natural and organic
- Gold — dark background with gold accents, luxurious
Click "Make Image" — your list generates instantly as a beautiful branded image

Step 4: Share It

Once your image is generated, you can:

Download — save it as a PNG image to your phone or computer
Copy — copy the image to your clipboard and paste it anywhere
Share as text — get a text version of your list to message directly

Tips for Choosing a Baby Name
